Ground rules

Ditto never starts a conversation, sends broadcasts, or contacts anyone who has not messaged you first.
It sticks to what you told it
Prices, sizes, dates and availability come from your listing details and notes. When something is not there, Ditto does not fill the gap.
It leaves when you join
Write in a conversation yourself and Ditto stays out of it from then on.
It stops when asked
Anyone who asks not to be contacted is never messaged again.
Nothing changes in your app
You keep using WhatsApp Business exactly as you do today.
